Dr. Michael Siew is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon with training in both dentistry and medicine. He completed his dental education at the University of Washington and a six-year Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. His residency included earning his medical degree and training across the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery.
His clinical interests include wisdom teeth removal, complex tooth extractions, dental implants, bone grafting, anesthesia, impacted tooth exposure, oral pathology, and treatment of dental and facial trauma.
Dr. Siew values thoughtful treatment planning, clear communication, and close collaboration with patients, families, and referring dentists. His goal is to make surgical care as comfortable, understandable, and predictable as possible.

Returning to practice in Seattle.
Dr. Siew's connection to Seattle began well before his surgical training. He earned both his undergraduate degree in Neurobiology and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Washington.
After completing his medical and surgical training in Texas, he returned to the Seattle area to continue caring for patients in the community where his education in dentistry began.
